If you have an interstate or intrastate permit, you signed a Safety Fitness Statement. This means that you are legally obligated to have policies and procedures in place concerning DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS, REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE RECORDS, DRUG AND ALCOHOL PROGRAMS AND HOURS OF SERVICE MANAGEMENT. As part of our "SERVICE PLUS' we have available the resources to help you set up, maintain or improve your program. By submitting the SAFETY PROFILE QUESTIONNAIRE we will be able to review your current program and help you with any of the areas.
